Regarding Transitlink's claim

  hello, ppl. here's the problem tt nid you all de help:

  My friend is a jc student. year 1. jus receive his new ez link card. but there's a period which use adult fare and is able to get a claim.. but now nid to change to new card. so how can he claim the adult fare period during the period of old card when its card will be retain when transfer balance over to the new card.

  go to their HQ office with the old card 1st asap b4 changing to the new card lor..

  If there's any poster or material that says he can claim his adult fare, the details of how to go about doing it should come together. :o

  BCP expired today although its supposed to end on 31/04/2009. Filed a claim with Transitlink... wonder if its got to do with the person who keyed in the card concession...

  yes and no. cos it mayb the system prob? but did the reader shows ur card expiring tdy?
