An abstract look at buses.

I dunno about this one...
It borders on either an interesting attempt...or rubbish.
About the only things that seem to be anywhere near defined are the....tyres (not wheels)?
This one is a random shot using slow shutter speed to me.
Of course, it's just my opinion...but to me, it's nothing abstract. You've just taken the abstractness out of "abstract".
It's just blurred with no focal point to the blur.
Just to share a little...

You are right... I was standing on the road divider. I started taking photos at about 3.15 pm, rounded up at about 3.45 pm... all thanks to TIB670Z and SBS556P.
I was kinda skeptical when you stood there coz that position does not provide you with the bus casted in such awesome sunlight.
It happens that today I'm not working and hence dropping by Boon Lay to take a look at what cool stuffs I could see, smell and feel (see - Leyland Olympian 3 Axle puffing huge balls of smoke; smell - all sorts of exhaust funes =X; feel - the intensity of S Shift buses filling up the interchange). =P

Eh. Which road isn't busy during peak hours? If you know the road is too busy and yet still want to take photo there, the busy road isn't at fault already.

when the bus turns in to the interchange he stand there also can take yep. i prefer there because of safety too.

if u dont wish to inhale fumes from buses turning out at where u standing, just stand at where I snap pic. its bad for ur lungs u know.
in fact, Boon Lay Int parking lots always filled up until those just came in to let ppl alight then go find a place to park their bus, but they hav to wait for those parking ones to came out.

He take note of the sunlight direction that would land on the bus perfectly. Not just by taking photos of buses with sunlight not perfectly shine on the bus.

This season, outside TPY Int isn't a good place for taking photo at all during afternoon.

in terms of sunlight direction or the traffic capacity?
i vaguely rmb there is overhead bridge at that junction, maybe best spot to avoid unnecessary blockage by vehicles?
EDIT: there is another good spot to take, like where i took 9810 on 31.

I know got sunlight shone on the bus. Seriously, you go and think how the sunlight direct is. IF you tell me taking photo OFFSIDE of the bus, it would be perfect. Now you see the Nearside of the bus is BLACK. You tell me sunlight good?

The sunlight direction is wrong, it wasn't right at all. In my opinion, you should get a clear shot of a bus first before thinking of sunlight direction. A lot of rare cameos taken by you are wasted when you could get a clear shot of it.

Do you prefer THIS or nearside BLACK color?
