Seniors=/=Always more pro,better,and right to criticise.
Juniors=/=Always noob,no say in anything.
Really,flaming is such an...eyesore,makes people want to leave.

You know, you can choose to ignore those photos that you don't like to see. If you advise somebody and the person don't bother to take in advices/cannot afford to do what you adviced, then don't bother flaming anymore, what's the point?

Like I previously mentioned... How do you judge who is senior who is junior? For some instance I can be a noob, for another instance I can be considered a senior?
This kind of breakdowns and classifications is all in our minds. The only way we can have a peaceful forum is to do away with all these useless classifications, be humble and have mutual respect.
