Download MM2 from pg 8 (This forums). After finish downloading the thing, there is a folder at your Desktop(If you save to Desktop). Click it. Then on top of the folder, you will see a word "Extract Folders" or "Extract Files" . Click that then A thing will pop out and you click "Extract". Then you are done.
For bus/map/cars mods, you just download it and extract it. You will have the files. Then you will see file(s) with the type : "AR Files". Then you drag that files to the MM2 Folder. Then you are done.

Uploaded a new MM2 video. The route is 88S in 88M v0 city, I did not use STC because i'm lazy to drive all the way there, lol. Used my favourite bus GP5888.I'm testing to upload the video in HD... Filmed in 1280x720 and used Movie Maker 6 addons for editing. Please do watch it :)

At the site, click on "路線列表" and select the respective region for the bus service (etc Kowloon City, NT, Lautau Island,etc)
To jaaze:
You need to download custom buses/cities in order to play HK or other maps... Most high-quality HK maps/buses are available in HKMM2/HKBF/Uwants forums, but you need to register and the site is only in Chinese. The ar. files you downloaded are to be placed in the Program Files/Midtown Madness 2 folder.

Juz played 261 with jayh and SBS8138K. but need 2009 addons for ntwest plus the routes i know altogether:
STC: 80K, 85K, 86K, 88K, 282, 284, 289K, K11 (cancelled Route)Ntwest: 52X*, 57M, 59A*, 59M, 60M, 61M, 66*, 66M, 258D*, 259D* 259E, 261+, 263*, 961*, R33+

Try to take out come buses or maps, especially big maps.
Recommended sotrage:
1)5-7 buses, two big maps(stc and ntwest size)
2)2 buses, 3 small maps(sth like K11, DTC) 2 big maps -
Making bus for MM2 isn't very easy...
