There's quite a number of illegal cities out there which I do know of, such as L,K,S-Depot, NtNorth, 91M city, 64K city, 78K city etc ... -

hahahahaha. This afternoon game was a mess.
Willis Chong broke the record of falling to the water of 4 - 6 times. Thus, we started before he reached. I mistaken SBS8138K for Willis' HK friend, LOL. SBS8138K kept banging the bus infront of him whenever he brakes. And i went crazy and start reversing and smash willis to pieces. :p

I found a way to get Stopreporter console/sound working without changing to HK-SAR locale!
