  L-Depot has 2 versions.

  For v1, it does not have Wo Chai Street

  For v2, there is no road before Regal Oriental Hotel

  So the answer is no.

  According to the author, the difference is that v2.1 has supports a 16:9 dash, and some minor texture changes.
