  allowed. no pre-requisites as the rules doesn't go beyond sgwiki buses unless any sysops wants to go beyond that (any other pages in sgwiki are not regulated besides sgwiki buses and perhaps sgwiki trains).

  I did not ever allowed others to log into my account. Perhaps my password is too easy to be guessed coz I actually don't use SgWiki too often.
