Yesh... East district beefing up the WAB fleet for all their WAB services.21 72 76 130 232 268 all changed at least one non-WAB bus this week to one WAB bus (with the exception of 21 because their schedule change took effect long ago).
8365X replaces 438Y on 130.

for all less 21, the block numbers remain the same (ASD and ADD) instead of WDD WSD21 has B9s running on K230 since schedule change till this week when its in line with the block numbers.

interchange means that they can use br bus and am bus on either am or br svc.
an am sp bus means it is based in am and that i basically will do am svc. same for br. when a br based bus breaks down, it will go to am where maintenance is done and get a replacement bus from there, usually am will try to despatch a br bus but sometimes they cant cos they arent any br buses available so they despatch an am bus. likewise for am.
it also means you'll see it on br svc much more than am

TIB437G is 963 perm...

All info from SBS8533C:
TIB614L 'offically' 965 perm since it was temp 965 perm to replace TIB582U which was laid-up.
Summarise, TIB614L replaced TIB616G which was headed to WLDEP.
TIB437G is 963 perm, replace one of S Shift missing slots.
