  TIB710S replaces TIB715D on 970. TIB715D is no longer a 970 bus.
  TIB712L replaces the slot for TIB839E since January, but was undocumented.
  TIB809S appears to be a KJDEP SP ever since she returned back from that accident.

  Anyway, when did TIB771R & TIB786Z joined in 970's squad?

  & TIB698U still 941/947 perm, TIB966X back to 77 perm, but not 947/189 permer.

  771R and 786Z were around since the April deployments. But 786Z didn't seem as obvious as she is a 970S101 perm. 771R is a AM/PM replacing a bus that is unaccounted for.
