  Should be all O405-OACs, and some CACs with old TIBS seats, will get the purple and pink seats only. Some green PVC seats buses will get changed too, if the depots wanna change it.
  So far, I think KJDEP and AMDEP will eventually change the seats after all WLDEP O405-OACs got it bah.
