Maybe I should open this up again. But please remember, this amazing race is OPEN to all. Your RANTINGS or OPINIONS about ANYONE on this thread is STRICTLY NOT WANTED HERE. So don't waste my time re-opening a new thread all over and over again.
Okay, its done. I REALLY hope that this will come clean. If you guys are ranting/trolling/flaming about any bus fans here, rest assured, I can honestly say don't waste your time posting here if you guys don't want to get this thread locked for the 3rd or the subsequent time. -
Hi there! I have opened up a new thread for the Amazing Race and this is for informing all of you on the race details and updates as the old thread was quite messy. Below are the main organising committee (based on sgforums nick).

Date: 20th June 2009
Time duration for the race: 10am - 6pm (come at 9am for the briefing)
Remember to bring a camera along with you as it is a very important tool that you have to use it for the race. Even a handphone camera will do.
And also, submit your name for comfirmation to attend the race by 14th June 2009 2009. Those TBC, confirm your attendance by 18th June 2009. Those who have submitted your name for comfirmation to attend the race, you have registered for the race successfully.

Not attending the race, can remove my user ID from the list. Just don't feel like going. It's kinda unfair too, since I was in the organizing committee and they decided to pull me out as participant, I contributed some ideas and I may know more than you do. They actually had plans to set a more difficult list for my group to complete, which already discouraged me from participating, because it's unfair. Although I was told that they had already scrapped that plan, I still won't join too. Imagine that I say that I wanna kill everyone who is attending the race, but later I tell you that I was joking, do you find the joke funny? Would you not attend the race for safety issues? In case I really stab you from behind. So, same logic right? For all the games, the keyword is fair, once this is gone, there is no purpose of the game, because not everyone have the same level of difficulty. Although I'm not joining this race, I'll should be joining dinner with you all after the race.

Of course no hard feelings. Can't be in the committee = hard feelings, like that cannot lah, how to live happily? In my opinion, this is very minor. I accept the fact that everyone makes mistake, just only on how major the mistake is. Lessons should be learnt after that, just like the case happened in the customs reported in the newspaper years ago, you joked that you had a bomb in you bag or something like that, end up your penalty is jail. -
Possible to just join in half-way or something? May have things to do in the morning.

Apologies but it is not possible, you'll be at a disadvantage and unfair for other participants who arrive at the designated time. And you'll also miss out the briefings for the race, and we will not be able to assign you a team as all the teams are assigned at the starting point.

I think, given you're the head, the decisions fall into your hands. So it's ultimately your choice on what you want to do. Hope you learnt something here that you can't take for granted everything can go in your way so you therefore can push anyone anywhere you like.
