Sv 177: Can normal passenger board while plying MINDEF?

  are normal passengers able to take Sv 177 bet Bt Panjang & Bt Batok instead of Sv 176 should it arrive?

  or it's impossible with it plying MINDEF?

  177 can take normal passenger from BB int to Bukit Panjang, i always joyride 177 last time

  normal passengers can even board at the pass office or the security checkpoint bus stop at Gombak Drive. No problem. the bus doesnt go inside Gombak itself.

  Can. I took 177 before. Gombak Camp is like one big free-roaming shopping centre, with lots of restricted smaller camps inside.

  As in, I have seen people board and alight inside the camp itself. But there are restricted gates to enter the smaller camps.

  I get what you mean.

  The entrance facing Bukit Timah Rd isn't exactly the main entrance where MPs conducts vehicle and personnel checks, that's why.

  Gombak Complex proper is the camp which requires vehicles to be checked, ie 177 doesn't go into Gombak proper but stops outside Gombak. Understood?
