Saw this bus chassis on friday(10th July) outside Singapore Poly. I saw scania on the front but does anyone know where is it going? Looks kinda of short for a coach don't you think so?

Hmm looks like it might be exposed soon lol.
though there's a possiblity it's a 3 axle coach for an express company. usually bus chassis are supplied in such a format for easier transportation.

Can't be truck chassis because the engine is at the back.

I dint know trucks have engine at their rears. Can differentiate bus and truck or not?
It is a coach chassis, Scania KEB6X4/2.
The rims and the positions of the last 2 tyres clearly says it all that they are not a citybus chassis for SBST.Looks more like an express coach's chassis.

Yeah u are right also. One can't exactly tell which type of vehicle's rims they are.But they look more of like the truck or the express coaches rims.

Yeah the thing that this is not a citybus for singapore is clear.![]()

They thot this one cargo ship aka oil tanker or container ship. Engine at rear but cargo infront. ![]()
Nowadays chassis are transported in such manner to cut transportation costs. They are sometimes called module chassis, due to its modular design. It has great flexibility as well, allowing bodywork manufacturers to determine the chassis length themselves without getting the proper length from the chassis factory.

lol imagine the demo that's gonna replace the LO3x. What if it's another Scania DD bus chassis?
I dun think that that chassisis from a truck ( just my opnion by looking at the rims) most likely is from one of the coach companies as they love buying scanias.
that truck pulling the chassis is a scania truck!
