Actually I was thinking, it would be best if you organizers can plan everything ready and then followed by posting it in the forum. Rather than throwing a date and open up a thread to say that you will be organizing a race as there will be other enquires that some may need to ask for enquiries and know the rough idea of what you guys are going to do on the actual day itself instead of pointless post and questions everywhere in this thread which you organizers havn't post or decided anything yet.

i agree , guess you all should have more commitee members , plan well , then post on forum ..
we've more or less planned the entire race already... the rest is just minor changes. The date will stay at 26th december, and will not change unless something big happens. AMK Hub, 9:05am.
