  BTW sbst/smrt can use ezlink concession pass right.. then the journey to jb wud be totally free (if ezlink tap possible from jb to sg? )

  they are looking at changing the whole transport fare system rather than increasing the transfer rebate by 10c..

  I can only say it's very difficult especially the way on how bus and MRT fares are charged in reality

  Although fare stages is counted by mileage, it's very difficult to convert it to be based on km because to me, issue of transparency is going to surface.

  Another issue would be buses aren't like MRT, there are many different types of svs tat charges diff types of fare structure

  that's why its taking them such a long time.. it was supposed to be changed this year.. but they opted to go for a fare reduction of 2c and increased trx rebate 10c. to bring it closer to what they planned..
