WRONG bus 555.
ama-teur, it's the angle at which you take the pics, it's abit too steep and the front of the vehicle juts out unnaturally.

You never try taking bus pics from an angle and a distance away from the bus? Your shots are taken so near to a bus and usually capture the head of the bus. You should try capturing the body more. Some ads are really nice.
Up to you and your style. I've said that before.

Yr Cam uses optical zoom or digital zoom? You dun need a DSLR to get those shot =) But a handphone camera definitely cannot achieve those kind of shots =) Keep working on it =D

He doesnt own/use a DSLR. No one is perfect. With this type of attitude, you won't learn and improve.

I don't use my DSLR to take bus pictures.
My DSLR is there simply to give me more control over the picture I take. If you can't take a proper shot with the fully auto types, what for talk about a DSLR which is simply a camera with more functions?
If the picture is not that good, we can see right away if it is the user or the camera that is screwed-up, as simple as that, and the appropriate advice will usually arrive.
And...there's no such thing as a "perfect" shot. You should learn something called "trade-offs".

He dun own a DSLR for your info, he owns a digital compact cam like most of us here. In fact, you dun need an DSLR to have good pics. Having a DSLR camera but dunno how to use the picture come out also crappy.

i kinda find it ironic in your post. first you wanted people to comment on how to improve on your photos and yet you somehow show your pessimistic side. dont assume using DSLR will result in beautiful shots all the time. it is the skills that you need in order to create nice shots, not using a camera with the BEST functions and yet you stlll couldnt figure out how to make use of it with basics.
no one is born to be perfect. just try out and follow other's advices and see whether it works?
