169, 178, 180, 181, 182, 204, 208, 372 all came from SBS WLDEP. CCK routes fell under BBDEP, as the Woodlands Depot was later used for bus assembly workshop before the whole facility was relocated to HGDEP with the development of Singapore Turf Club at Kranji.

In the past WLDEP controlled some Yishun bus services, reason was because AMDEP got to focus more on NE areas like 82, 103, 163, 864, 865, 866 etc. Whereas KJDEP focused on Woodlands and Bt Panjang services. WLDEP was just like a neutral empire to both sides having majority services under dual WLDEP controlled. It was because of the merger with SMRT and also the Tibs/SBS swop, major depot deployments took place in 1999/2000 as follows:-
- Woodlands came under majority WLDEP with services 178, 187, 700, 960, 961 etc and feeders/townlinks all under full WLDEP.
In Jan 2001 service 851 was made full AMDEP, whereas services 167 and 980 were made partial AMDEP/WLDEP each.
960 was KJ before that no?
Before 966 came, 184 came under WL, but after 966 came, 184 went KJ,960 went WL. That was in 03
851 was made under full AMDEP in march that year, That's what i heard though

Yes... 960 was all the while full KJDEP though WLDEP opened in Oct 1998, it was in July 1999 during the SBS/Tibs swop that sent 960 to full WLDEP. Same for 700.
851 was made full WLDEP in 1998/1999. Only in Jan 2001 onwards 851 was progressively made full AMDEP.
184 was made full WLDEP in 2000 when Bt Batok came under Tibs, but somewhere in 2003 184 went back full KJDEP controlled.

Are Woodlands feeders still under KJDEP when the WLDEP opened? I know 178 187 were under KJDEP when WLDEP just opened.
178, 187 and 961 were made partial KJDEP/WLDEP controlled with the opening of WLDEP in Oct 1998. Feeders 900, 901 and 903 went under full WLDEP whereas townlinks 911, 912 and 913 remained under KJDEP.
During the SBS/Tibs swop in 3 phases 178, 187, 911, 912, 913 and 961 eventually went under full WLDEP.

SBS8533C, your Pasir Ris Bus Services History about Service 15 is incorrect. It was not introduced in 1990; it is in mid or late 1995 because when i read TransitLink Guide 1995 (published on 31 Jan 1995), there wasn't any 15 yet andit was extend to Marine Parade in 1997, so it's in 1995.

60 was made to ply along Circuit Link & Paya Lebar Rd. I guess the road was opened somewhere in 1985.
Didn't 60 ply along Geylang East Ctr? I thought 155 was made to ply that side after 60 was axed.

Yes, 60 was made to ply Geylang East to provide new link from Geylang East to Shenton Way. MacPherson Estate was well served with a variety of bus services, even with the Macpherson Bus Terminal serving the estate. With the withdrawal of 60 on 26 May 1991, and the demise of MacPherson Bus Terminal, certain MacPherson residents found it difficult to find a fastest alternate service.

Along Circuit Rd. Some people also refer that terminal as Circuit Rd Terminal.
Can anyone told me the Service 859 route before 2005?
Originally posted by TIB657M:I know. But what was the reason behind it to cancel 189A (Old 189) route?
Only allow trucks go inside Ferry Terminal, but not buses?
It's not because of that. There is a bus stop there, but the ferry terminal had ceased operations without being demolished and replaced by the Pasir Panjang Ferry Terminal.

There was no parks service back then when 410 was introduced.

there were 3 Holiday Special service in Jurong
and 1 SAFTI service special
Service 404 ran from Jurong Int to Science Centre
Service 405 ran from Jurong Int to Jurong Bird Park
Service 406 ran from Jurong Int to Chinese & Japanese Garden
Service 450 ran from Jurong Int to SAFTI (Flat Fare 30cents)
