TIB664S then went over to service 980 on the day service 866 was handed over to Tibs. Most of the former service 866 UMW lances went over to perm service 853 as a result.
TIB667J was the solo Scania left on service 853 until which the newly registered TIB1005M took over, before TIB667J and the other Scanias were transferred to WLDEP.
I don't remember TIB635B perm 853 before. It was all the while perm 851 (regardless of AMDEP or WLDEP), then went over to 167 in mid 2001.
All of BBDEP/ARBP LO3xs went over SLBP after JIS became PAC services and BBDEP intaked the B9s and some of VO3xs from HGDEP.
9067, 9100, 9176 went over SLBP first with the ad. But the ad was removed by SLBP after that. 9253 and 9267 (respectively) took over the ad. That only left 9149 and 9165 perm 10 and 132 respectively when JIS was still full NAC services iirc....
However a few months later, 9003, 9019, 9041, 9196 x-fered to BBDEP in temp. basis. They were frequent cameoers of 99. They stayed at BBDEP for about 5 to 6 months.
And another thing:
5, 13, 58, 59, 185 and 186 get the fleet upgrade from full SD to majority SD and minority DD after all of B9s were rolled on the road already.

Its name 'Bukit Batok New Town' was taken from the former Bukit Batok Transmitting Station which is located at Bukit Timah (around Lor Sesuai and off Upp Bt Timah Rd/Old Jurong Rd)
In its previous boundary, the present Bukit Batok New Town was part of undeveloped Jurong village, which covers most parts of small road tracks surrounding the Jurong Village, which was well-served and well-connected by its only main road, Jurong Rd.
When the new satellite town, Bukit Batok New town was almost in a fully developed stage, a new set of bus services were introduced to cater the needs of Bukit Batok Residents. They are serviec 122 from Bt batok to St Michael's Ter, and 3 feeder services, namely 361, 366 and 367 which plys around the Bt Batok estate. Service 365 was later introduced in 1986, when the Bt Gombak area of Bukit Batok New Town was develped.
Service 189 from Bt Batok to Marina Centre was proposed according to the 1985 Bus Guide, but it was introduced around the 3rd Qtr of 1985.

On 27 Sep 1987, the Bt Batok Interchange opened and all of its Bt Batok Services were amended to serve the Bt Batok Int and replace its temporary terminua at Bt Batok Ctrl.
SS3 which runs from Clementi to Bt Batok West Ave 7 (Loop) existed as a termporary bus service until the MRT starts its operation. When the EWL link was extended to Lakeside, the service was shortened to Jurong east int and when the Branch line to CCK opens, the service was withdrawn.

Add on service 37 at a later stage. Not sure when service 60 started getting ADDs. Service 151 also got 4 weekday perm B9TLs too from a full SD fleet.
Also note that JIS services also benefitted too when the B9TLs rolled out, they were converted to PAC with the LO3x being deployed over.
Originally posted by One Harmonius Blend:When 964 was first introduced in 1997 for half a year, how many fleets did they receive?
And also for 969 in 2001, which bus permed 969 when it was introduced?
If I remembered correctly service 964 started with only rigids from KJDEP. Not sure whether DAFs or 0405s were used then.
Remembered TIB520Z and TIB824Y from AMDEP side which perm 969 until these 0405s were transferred back to KJDEP. After which TIB746P and TIB747L became 969 perm. TIB808U was also perm 969 from WLDEP side before bendies were introduced.
For the bendies on service 969, it started off with 2 perms - 1 from AMDEP (TIB1205C) and another from WLDEP (TIB1182J). Not sure about the deployments after that...
TIB959S also perm 969 before under AMDEP but was transferred over to WLDEP when the OC500LEs were rolled in. TIB783G replaced TIB959S after which TIB527E from 854 went over to 969.

In addition, all these while when TIB783G and TIB527E came to 969 in their own times TIB959S went to KJDEP as a SP for a brief period before eventually coming back to WLDEP again as a SP before joining 962's fleet

Hmm, did i mention about Sengknag service? I dun think so, So i will just post here.
------------- HISTORY OF SENGAKNG SERVICES --------------
Sengkang New Town, was in the midst of development, since 1997, when the URA Master Plan was unveiled to include 2 new towns - Sengkang & Punggol which is located at the north-east side of Singapore. Sengkang was named after a rural road named Lorong Sengkang off Punggol Rd and bound by Cheng Lim Farmway roads, just like the rural roads in Bukit Panjang - the current roads in Bukit Panjang were also named after the rural roads.
As the north eastern bus services in Singapore were under the TIBS territory, Sengkang fell under TIBS territory, when its very first bus service, 860, from Sengkang to Hougang South (St 21) was introduced on 12 Jun 1998.
This service was generally useful to travel to Sengkang, without having to take a long walk after alighting from bus 82 that travels along Punngol Rd. To extend its coverage and to make improvement to its linkage to Sengkang, service 860 was extended to WTC terminus on 13 Dec 1998, renumbered to 865.
864 was introduced from Sengkang to Marina Centre which was on 15 Nov 1998.
Another service, 866, which ran from Sengkang to Ang Mo Kio from 28 Feb 1999, was actually an extenstion from Jalan Kayu to serve Sengkang new town, previously known as TIBS 59.
When the North East Line contract won by the SBS, the company had decided to take over the 3 services from TIBS and exchange for Service 190 from Choa Chu Kang. As for CCK, SBS services were handed to TIBS in stages, making CCK to become TIBS terrotry and Sengkang to become SBS Territory. This took place on 25 Jul 1999.
Few months after SBS took over the Sengkang bus service, there were 2 feeders and 1 trunk servce introduced later that year - feeders 371 and 372 and trunk 87. 371 loops at Compassvale Dr and 372 loops at Anchorvale Rd. and 87 from Sengkang to Bedok. 87 was the service which gets its demo VSO bus (SBS9888Y) with a Mobitec flip dot EDS.
The renumbering and amendment took place on 12 Dec 1999:
864 (Sengkang - Marina Cenrte) and 84 (Hougang Ctrl - WTC) became 80 (Sengkang - WTC)
865 (Sengkang - WTC) became 85
866 (Sengkang - Ang Mo Kio) became 86.

May I talk about the history of 170?
170 existed far long ago in the 60s, as Green Bus No.1, operating from Queen Street to Johor Bahru (known as Kotaraya 2). It was amended to Larkin Terminal after 1995. It was then amended to use the new Woodlands Checkpoint in 1999.
Originally it is PAC, later it became FAC. In 2003, it is split into two services, 170 Red as the original route, and 170 Blue between Kranji MRT - Kotaraya 2.(On heavy rush period, it might be amended from Kranji MRT - Larkin.
In 2008 it was amended to use new JB Checkpoint along Jalan Tun Abdul Razak.

170 was never PAC.
The Blue Plate existed prior to Kota Raya II era i.e. Komtar bus stop. It's only in 2003 that was made official into 2 routes.

For your information, Stadium Direct Services are STILL around. Just that currently there are no events ending in the late hours at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. Apparently, those Stadium Direct Services usually operates at the late hours and heads back to the respective bus interchanges. It does not start from the interchange to the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
Then can you tell why transitlink guides did say that they are 2-directional services?

Service 176 had already existed as PAC all those while.
Service 175 was a FAC service re-introduced in 1993 as a Lim Chu Kang - Upper Bt Timah loop service.
