For your statements, Leyland Atlanteans did not have these license plate numbers. Mark IIs have these license plate numbers.
And one more thing, why did you say that they are Mark IIIs at first? Tell me seriously, what are the models in reality?
In fact, Mark IIIs did not serve as Sentosa buses. Mark IVs that come to Singapore in 1993 serve as Sentosa buses.

Firstly, SBS did used sort of running numbering system back in 1970's. Hence it's possible that next rego is a SD or DD. Next, SBS did not have e MKIV when Senosa Sv first came about, MKIII was the newest in SBS's fleet.

Vicamour is right. 1637H - 1695P were Leyland Atlanteans.
It is true that when the Sentosa Services were introduced, the Mk III were used at first. The PSV bodied Mk IV came later.

Okay, okay, I understand now, it's my fault.
But for the Sentosa thing, when I look through some information they said that only Mark IVs serve them.
And I need you to verify something clear. Why did Vicamour say that 1637H - 1895D are Mark IIIs at first? Other than 1637H - 1695P which I know what are the models, can you tell me what are the models of 1696L to 1895D in reality?

vicamour DID NOT mention 1696 - 1895 are MKIII. They're MKII
you quoted it yourself ![]()
Seriously from the post and press release (The Nat Day investiture, snatching who 'did not' post the full release, let me say, there's no need to link the PDF file, just post e hyperlink can alrdy).
There are other better things to do

You really own yourself.
MK2 are Non aircon buses tat came in 1987. MKIII are all AIRCON buses.
How could the MK2 be deployed on Sentosa Svs when they're non aircon buses?
The 2 and 3 you cannot differentiate?
and for goodness sake
I still remembered taking Leyland Atlanteans with 16XX registration number? So those are single decks?
Or Mercedes O305 w/ 24XX registration plate? Those are single decks?

No, I never ever say Mark IIs serve Sentosa Services, I am quoting TIB 781 L's post on what are the models and not Iveco's post. Look at the previous page. If you still can't get it clear, looks like i had to repost all of the conversation between me and Vicamour.

go read Vicamour's post again
1st: alrdy mentioned 1696 - 1895 are MK2. You disputed tat 1695 cannot be LA as what you claimed. There's only 200 MK2 purchased by SBS'78.
2nd: You disputed MKIII was never used on Sentosa though there are picture and evidence tat the SC MK4 only appeared 1 yr later.

When was the year where SBS1637H-SBS1895D de-registered and what models were they?

For your both points:
1st: I don't know LA serve 1637 - 1695 at first and I thought all buses were Mark IIs.
2nd: I also don't know Mark IIIs serve Sentosa earlier on.
Both of your points I realised my mistake, but it's you who claimed that I say Mark IIs serve Sentosa. So I think you should go and get your claim clear.

evidence no 2
MKIV only came in 1994 starting w/ Soon Chow's PSV

1st thing, alrdy told you 1696 - 1895 are MK2, 1637 - 1695 are LAs. It took untill bus_guide to tell you you're wrong.
I'll say tis again, you started the dispute by quoting vicamour's post tat 1637 - 1695 are LA. You disputed saying they're MK2.
I think you did not even read properly the registration number when 781 started asking abt 1637 - 1895 when they span across 2 bus models.

I know this. But my direct point was why Vicamour quoted my post saying that the models are neither Mark IIs nor LA but Mark IIIs.
The evidence is here:

tis post is very funny
because you posted something on 4/11, vicamour posted on 6/11 early morning a reply, and you amended it on 6/11 afternoon.
something is surely missing
Aiyoh
Look
1696L - 1895D are MKII DM/WA.
582-881 are MKIIIs and the early series 6** were used for the Sentosa fleet before the PA registered MKIVs came into the scene.
Stop making a fuss over this when so many people have been trying to clarify this!

I get the point, but you can't. I had already know that 1637 - 1695 are in fact LA while the rest are Mark IIs. I don't know that not all license no. belong to Mark II

I still miss seeing the PSV L113s in Leisure livery, and the 0405 DMs.
