Your amendment is in 2005, but what I was referring to is about the amendment plying Yishun Ave 9 & Yishun Ring Rd in both direction.
May I know when was M1, M2, M3 and M4 was introduced and what are so special about these services, since they are specially numbered that time?

From what I could know, when 800 was introduced in 1984, someone says the route is:Yishun Ave 5, 2, 7, Sembawang Rd & Yishun Ave 5.
In 1987, they said that the route is:
Yishun Int, Yishun Ctrl, Yishun Ave 9, Yishun Ring Rd, Yishun Ave 7, Sembawang Rd, Yishun Ave 5, 2, Yishun Ring Rd, Yishun Ave 9, Yishun Ctrl, Yishun Ave 2, Yishun Int.
In 1988 it was then amended to the current route looping at St 71.
I believe someone here can give the evidence.
You are right on this one. However, the amendment into St 71 did not happen till 1992 if memory did not serve me wrong.

These were shuttle services between housing estate and the nearest MRT station.
M1 - Buona Vista MRT to Mount Sinai / Science Park Dr
M2 - Kembangan MRT to Opera Estate
M3 - Tanah Merah MRT to Lucky Heights
M4 - Eunos MRT / bus interchange to Marine Crescent / Terrace
Both M1 and M2 were renumbered 92 and 42 in 1997. M3 was withdrawn. M4 was integrated with service 15.

Ok. Maybe you can check the map before 1992 to see whether if St 71 is under construction (if you have one).

M3 was withdrawn in 1994, while M4 was merged with 15 in 1997.

Service 804A was initially introduced in 1994 and served as a peak hour feeder service. In Dec 1998 renumbered to 806. Its operating hours were eventually extended. In 2002, service 804A was re-introduced again to ply along Yishun St 41. Merged to become current feeder 804 and withdrawn in 2004. That was also when 804 started to have bendies.
St 41 wasn't built until 2002. It was completed in 2004, so 804A doesn't ply St 41.
What are the buses (and its deployments) that were burned in AMK Depot on 7 Mar 2010?

M1 original route did not ply Science Park. It was extended in 1994.
M4 was like a feeder between EUN MRT/bus station and Marine Pde. IIRC, it was merged with 13 while 15 was extended to Amber CIrcus (Parkway Pde) instead.
Both M1 and M2 (now 92 & 42) are distinguished from other routes by the deployment of Dennis Dart midibuses on them.

According to 1998 bus guide, M4 was merged with service 15, while service 13 was Yio Chu Kang - Eunos.
M4 could have been kept as a peak hour service.
ah well..

It's M1. If I'm not wrong, in the past M1 plys between Ghim Moh & Mount Sinai, later change starting & ending point in 1994 at Science Park I, but in 2007 or 8, it was changed back to start at Ghim Moh, plying Science Park I before Mount Sinai. Can be say to be a Townlink service. Same goes to M2.

If I can recall feeder 806 had route amendments somewhere in 2005. I remember 806 used to ply along Yishun Ave 9 then turn into Yishun Ring Rd in the past.
I remember my friend had a 2003 bus guide. I will borrow it from him and compare it with current route.
When 859 was founded in 1999, who were the perms back then?

I'm sorry, I meant M1. I must have got them mixed up.
But I would like to ask, does M3 and M4 use Mercedes Benz midibus before???
I only remember seeing MK3s on M4. Not sure of M3 deployments. ![]()

I remember there was only 4 buses back then, TIB1001Z is 1 of them. But all 4 are bendies though.

M3 and M4 never had the Midibuses before. They uses the normal 12m buses. That means could be the MK3s

M4 had Mk IIIs from HGDEP, who used to control the EUN route group that time.
Merc O811s were seen on M2 for a while.

I thought the buses were only registered in 2000? Also, 859 was the third service to have TIB1001Z, first is WLDEP 851, later WLDEP SP.

Service 859's fleet had several fleet changes and depot transfers ever since its introduction in Apr 1999. It started off under WLDEP control with full fleet Scania Striders, TIB657M and TIB659H were among the perms if I am not wrong. When 859 was handed over to AMDEP, Lances were initially deployed, after which 0405s from AMDEP were deployed too. In 2000 service 859 started getting bendies and slowly upgraded to a full bendy fleet.
When 700 is introduced in 1998, what are the perms back then?
