Sv 700 fleet in the first place were made up of MB O405s plus the newly registered Box Bendies. Sometimes, it may also use bendies from KJDEP 960.
For the box bendies:

Sv 800 was started off initially as a "temporary" bus service on 30th Sep 1984 that serve the initial route from Yishun Ave 5 to Sembawang Rd via Yishun Ave 2 & 7 with connections to the other TIBS services (160, 161, 164, 167, 169) that serve Sembawang Rd.

Tat also explains why Bras Basah Rd/ Plaza by the Park bus stop was expunged

169, 178, 181 terminated at Woodlands interchange. 169 used Admiralty Rd and Woodlands Centre Rd. 178 and 181 used Woodlands Rd and Woodlands Centre Rd.182 terminated at Marsiling terminal, together with 950, 951 and 952. 182 used Woodlands Rd, Woodlands Centre Rd and Admiralty Rd.

If I remembered correctly TIB550L and TIB594K were also perm Rapidbus 700 too.Don't think Rapidbus 700 used Hinos from KJDEP before as 700 was transferred to WLDEP controlled in July 1999, just 1 month before Hino Volgrens were rolled in. Unless TIB950R cameoed before.
