Tat also explains why Bras Basah Rd/ Plaza by the Park bus stop was expunged

If I remembered correctly TIB550L and TIB594K were also perm Rapidbus 700 too.
Don't think Rapidbus 700 used Hinos from KJDEP before as 700 was transferred to WLDEP controlled in July 1999, just 1 month before Hino Volgrens were rolled in. Unless TIB950R cameoed before.
