TIB460M TIB461K TIB462H TIB463E TIB464C TIB465A etc became the new perms for Rapidbus 700 after KJDEP handed its duties over to WLDEP during the SBS/Tibs swop in July 1999.

Basically in those days if Woodlands CIQ was jammed, Tibs Woodlands Svs are screwed

Was svc 858 or 989 (now no more) the first TIBS to entered CGA?

858 was the first tibs service to changi airport in 1997, after extended from yishun.
989 was the second in 2001 and stayed for 2 years before integrated with 185 to become 985 in 2003.
Which reminds me..what was the route of 989?
Service 989 was from CCK to Changi Airport. The route between CCK to Jln Anak Bt was quite similar to service 185's route (now 985) except that service 989 passed by Bt Gombak MRT, after which from Jln Anak Bt it travelled along PIE straight to Changi Airport.

Service 182 (Tibs) plied along the whole of Bt Timah / Upp Bt Timah / Woodlands Rd stretch from Woodlands to Scotts Road, then along Orchard Rd, Bras Basah Rd, Connaught Dr, Fullerton Rd and terminate at Shenton Way terminal. On its return trip it plied along Coleman St and Hill St.
Withdrawn in March 1996 due to Woodlands MRT rationalisation. It also duplicated service 171's route between Woodlands Rd to Orchard Rd.

I think e route is redundant in today's context.
Even if they stayed on at Woodlands Centre/ Marsiling. Simply because of the existance of 170

965 shld be able to use bendies, just that the demand never requires it to.
