Yup, I remember Volvo MK2 DMs did service 390 in 1989. They were meant to replace the ageing Albion Vikings. I believe that 390 was under HGDEP that time. After that 390 moved on to BNDEP and switched to Scania N113CRB fleets.
When was SBS3400K - SBS3922X manufactured & de-registered and what models are they?

Oh, so Scania K230UB had the most buses on 151, other than Volvo B10M Mark IV.
Why is the sudden change to have Volvo B9TLs on 151?
What services use VO2X as its perms after all the Scania N113CRB had been scrapped? Did the buses cameoed on FAC services?

NO. All become Volvo B10M Mark 3 if K230UB says NO.

What I mean is not whether the Mark III replaces the Scania N113CRB but it is what services uses the NAC buses of VO2x and whether VO2x cameoed on FAC services after Scania N113CRB were scrapped..

Back in those days WA ones were based @ BBDEP and DM ones @ HGDEP. Route 92 (CLE - PLAB) was one of those that started using them almost immediately. These included 1741 and 1790. The Leyland Vikings on the above routes made their quiet exit almost at the same time.
Not to mention Route 50 (EUN - BMR). It had DM Mk IIs just before its sudden withdrawal.

WA O405s were OAC.

Those NAC/CAC WAs that you mentioned were Volvo B10M MK2 buses, not Merc 0405s.

Likely, although 176 have perm MK2s

They had fully MK2 WA fleet if I'm not wrong.
189 is a mix of MK2 and Albion Vikings before Volvo B10M MK3s came in.

You had mistaken my post, or I didn't state it properly. I will edit the post.

I remembered service 174 (under BBDEP then) was the 1st service to receive Volvo MK2s when newly rolled into SBS. After which more services like 75, 105, 176 etc started getting such buses. Also remembered services like 189 and 190 which had majority SC Albion Vikings in its fleet, eventually the Volvo MK2 WAs replaced them for good.
Service 390 also started getting Volvo MK2 DMs too replacing the Vikings, with some WAs in its fleet. Not sure whichever depot controlled last time.

First Volvo B10M MK2 on 174 should be SBS1696L. It was featured as a promotional shoot for the advertisement of SBS bus charter services.
Correction for the 390 part, it is Volvo MK2 DMs, not MK4s. MK4 DMs came in only in 1998. 390 was already withdrawn by 1993.

Yes, but don't think there was any Albion Vikings.
