If I'm not wrong the first production batch of O405Gs are launched on services 82, 103 and 851, in which all are AMDEP?

Yes, AMDEP did took in some 0405Gs when it was new in 1997. They were deployed on 82, 812, 851 and 856. As well as made cameo appearances on service 160.
It was when WLDEP opened in 1998, those 812, 851 and 856 0405G permers got transferred to WLDEP. The remaining service 82 0405G permers transferred to KJDEP to do service 190 in 1999. After which AMDEP hardly had MB0405Gs. Remembered TIB856E and TIB892A got transferred to AMDEP for a short while in 1999-2000 after which went back to KJDEP again when more Habits were bought in.

When did TIB773K went over 851? Last year March a.k.a the major redeployment?

No. TIB 773 K was a one off swap with TIB 762 S. Nothing to do with the redeployment.

Did all the O405G come by plane or only 838H?

Only TIB 838 H.
Sengkang Ter was also used to roadside bus terminal too. So, passengers werey allowed to alight the stop before the terminal. Took 865 (SBS) once from Tiong Bahru to Sengkang. All passengers alighted at the last stop before the terminal.
When 864, 865, 866 ware renumbered as 80, 85 and 86, 27 was extended from Tampines, 502 from Hougang Central, and 87 was introduced, Sengkang Ter was moved to Sengkang Temp Int.
Before LRT was opened, 371 and 372 were re-introduced. However, 371 was merged route with 163 after opening of LRT.

136 was extended to Punggol, not Sengkang East Way

Later 860 was extended to WTC and formed service 865. TIB741C and TIB779U that was being converted to CAC was a Service 860 perm before joining 865.
So the route to WTC was the same route as the former 84 which plys Hougang Central - WTC is it?

Tibs service 860 = current SBST service 119
Service 865 was handed over to SBS in 1999 after which renumbered to service 85. Withdrawn in 2003 due to NEL rationalisation. However due to commuter complaints on the service 85 withdrawal, SBST got to reintroduce service 119 to ply along Sengkang to loop at Kovan hub.
By the way TIB741C was perm service 864.
What were the buses that 865 used when it was in SBS. I recalled taking aVO3x on it.

Hmm, I didnt trace redeployments across the period, but 85=865 so i suppose they share most perm buses.
9207, 9226, 9309, 9332, 9345, 9379, 9480, 9592, 9625, 9627, 9636, 9669.

Striders wise have 2632, 2660 before. Of cos, couple of tridents also, forgot which rego.

Service 27 was extended to Sengkang from Tampines in 1999 during the 1st day SBS took over Sengkang. Further extended to Hougang in late 2002.
Service 80 was actually a new service merged from service 84 (Hougang - WTC) and 864 (Sengkang - Marina Centre) to become Sengkang - Harbourfront. Only services 865 and 866 were renumbered.
As the time passes by, SBST added more routes into Sengkang. With new bus services 83 and 87 as well as passing by service 89 introduced. Express 501 and 502 were extended to Sengkang from Hougang. Services 156, 159 and 163 were also extended to Sengkang from Serangoon, AMK and Jln Kayu respectively at a later stage.
If I am not mistaken, feeder 371's route was amended once when Sengkang East LRT opened in 2003, which duplicated service 163 from Sengkang to Jln Kayu and loop into Fernvale Lane. Feeder 371 was finally withdrawn when Sengkang West Loop opened in 2005, service 163 was diverted into Fernvale Lane. Service 163A (now 163M) was introduced which was feeder 371's exact route.

I don't recall seeing perm CACs on 865. Full fleet OAC Mercs. I've seen CACs as cameos, but I never seen it using Scanias and Lances as cameos. Maybe it did. I've got no impression at all. 864 had perm CACs.

Yes, service 80 travels the same service 84's route from Hougang to WTC.
Service 864 was actually introduced by Tibs in 1998, which was quite parallel to SBST's service 84 between Hougang to City Hall at that time. When SBS took over service 864 in 1999, SBS took a chance to merge 84 and 864 together to become service 80.

TIB496K, TIB497H, TIB498E, TIB501D, TIB503Z, TIB504X and TIB620T were among the perm service 865 if I am not wrong. Whereas service 864 had TIB582U, TIB741C and many more. Remember service 864 had a bendy 0405G for once.
Whereas service 866 had Lance fleets like TIB907S, TIB908P, TIB909L etc.

80= "Uncensored" 84 route from Harbourfront to HG ctrl+ 864 route from HG Ave 10 to Sengkang Int
It's made as extension to 84 than a merge of 2 services cos the benefit of 864's coverage to Paya Lebar MRT and Suntec is eliminated. Only examples like 60 is an apparent merge if I may say so.

Before that, service 88 was introduced, the only SBS service when Sengkang was still under TIBS. The fleet upgraded very fast, from non air con Scania N113CRBs to air con Volvo Olympians, B10Ms, Leyland Olympians after a short span of about 6 months.
Service 864 had Volvo Olympians and B10Ms for its short span of service before it merged with service 84 to become service 80.
In the 1980s, when Sengkang was not developed, there are only two bus services to Punggol end.
Service 82, Punggol Road End - Shenton Way, mainly used Volvo B57s and after that, Volvo B10Ms MKIIs.
Service 83, Punggol Road End - New Bridge Rd, used Mercedes OF1413s (DM bodied) and after that, Volvo B10Ms MKIIs.

Service 87 if I am not wrong was also introduced as a PAC service, after a few weeks got upgraded to FAC fleets too.
Services 156 and 159 which were in the past PAC but got upgraded to FAC once extended into Sengkang.
