Possibility: Ship to other countries for another lease of life but SMRT never does not do yet for that bus now.
If they want to make 376Z on the road again, they should have done that very long time ago, why never do that now? Furthermore, it was lay-uped and deregistered earlier than expected.

I agree with you. 9 months is way enough to come up with something, TIB840A was laid up for about a year, but was removed from lay-up for about 3 months.
eh wait I thought TIB376Z was gone on the day itself, not earlier than that?

If I am not wrong it was on the date itself.
To me, on a fair note I'd say reviving 376Z is really a pure waste of $, She was sent for lay-up about last year july, and de-registered on the day itself. If she and the were to get revived and dispatched on revenue service, Only to get sent to lay up back 5 months later, and not forgetting if SMRT are really buying the citaro next year, which might see some already-revived UDs getting laid again. Already reviving the UDs I believe is a gamble for SMRT,if it is not going to succeed, Then they should know what to do. This is just my opinion though.

So fast? I saw it a few times with repasted SMRT livery instead of spraypainted one. Its like almost everyday on 67, nv see it MIA for a week leh...
