  eventually it will get refurbished. The refurbishment process is more than just repainting of interior and cleaning up, there's the fixingup and renewing of engine and other components. 732D might be in a better condition than you believe it is.

  For some of the buses, actually even after the refurbishing, the buses sound horrible, with some of them even having bad air-con still. Examples include 728S 740E 742A, So I would think the refurbishment exercise has been more of a cosmetic one.

  So TIB728S TIB740E and TIB742A are still using their original air-condition vents (that cannot be closed) and not the new air-condition vents found in the refurbished bendies?

  Umm... Yes? In fact, all of them use the old air-con ducts. But that was not what I meant. I meant that the air-con temperatures in these buses are warm!
