He meant that if there really was a WAB bendy in WLDEP it would have been rather obvious and would have been spotted by some bus fans long ago or even by LTA authorities ... ... -

The other depots are also rather badly vandalised with Dennis Darts/Lance SLFs, MBO405NH. I find it amusing that 852, 187, 911, 857, 925 and 882 are labelled WAB svcs

Look further below on the same link and you can see this:
Note : Services 852 and 857 are controlled by Woodlands Depot as they were formerly made to end at Sembawang Interchange. Now, the services are shorten to end at Yishun Interchange. However, these two services continue to be controlled by Woodlands Depot.
Since when 852 and 857 extend to Sembawang, then shorten back to Yishun. -

Heck, George Yeo himself said that S'poreans must take fun seriously if we were to make ourselves attractive to foreign tourists.
Easily one of the most smlj statements I can think of.
