Sad that LTA had to ban bendies.......what will happen to 190, 856, 969?
Sure tio complains in the future; not to forget WL resdients that are far too used to bendies on their feeders/intra-towns as well ... ...
Hope they will put in a few more rigids to supplement the loss of bendies; but to think that it is a little more than a decade before it happens ... ...

What do u mean by this " 1 unit, it's a 18+ metre bus. Kind of easy to spot."?
Really got 1 WAB bendy in WLDEP or you just say say only?

He meant that if there really was a WAB bendy in WLDEP it would have been rather obvious and would have been spotted by some bus fans long ago or even by LTA authorities ... ...

This source is 100% not reliable
(and no I am not going to write one whole SBQ to answer this reliability question) ![]()
and doesn't this seem so obvious its fake?
- 1 Scania K230UB demostrator (SMRT Engineering)
- 45 Scania K230UB (Gemilang)
The other depots are also rather badly vandalised with Dennis Darts/Lance SLFs, MBO405NH. I find it amusing that 852, 187, 911, 857, 925 and 882 are labelled WAB svcs

I hope to see DDs rather than mass spam rigids. =)
I guess SMRT also prefer DD rather than mass spam rigids. Imagine they have to hire 25% more staff for the extra fleet. LOL... More China BC liao... LOL... Maybe need go elsewhere get driver also. China also not enough. LOL...

I see. =) Looks cool. I used to take 238 quite often. =) Always liked the old Scania Buses that goes vrrroooommmmm vrrrooommmmmmmm.. darn noisy... but I liked it! The best ad for 238 was the Oreo Scania Bus. LOL

Fake.
Look further below on the same link and you can see this:
Note : Services 852 and 857 are controlled by Woodlands Depot as they were formerly made to end at Sembawang Interchange. Now, the services are shorten to end at Yishun Interchange. However, these two services continue to be controlled by Woodlands Depot.
Since when 852 and 857 extend to Sembawang, then shorten back to Yishun.

The scholars in LTA or most govt institutions are not known to be bright anyway.
Heck, George Yeo himself said that S'poreans must take fun seriously if we were to make ourselves attractive to foreign tourists.
Easily one of the most smlj statements I can think of.![]()
Edit: Ok, found the original quote.
"We have to pursue this subject of fun very seriously if we want to stay competitive in the twenty-first century"
Ahahaha!![]()

Its funny to see SBST following SMRT while SMRT follows SBST, like example, the side EDS; SMB135E follows SBST's style; EDS with route details while now this SBST OC follows SMRT style; EDS without route details..
