  why can't hgdep give amdep these buses instead must be bndep.is there a rule for west distinct depot can change buses only, or north can change to west?

  True... HGDEP has too many spare Volvo MK4s already...

  If that is the case HGDEP ought to give some of them to SLBP .

  Not yet. SMB119C only appear on 187 1st day while the other 3 appear 2nd day.

  to transfer buses across districts, you most likely will need approval from an authority higher than that of the district....

  961 cannot be WAB with just 10-11 OCs. It needs more OCs to become a WAB service which means most of the time you will see OCs.

  Thanks for taking the effort to spot buses and their perm status. But for the 187 OCs, give it time, because it might just be a temporary deployment to see if its fit enough for the route. I will check on 483Y, 488J, 633G and 802K. I doubt 119 - 122 are perm 187, but it depends...
