  ya i think most probably 116K would be another OC 190 perm after this bus' rims get repainted.

  the missing perm now on 963R is the bus belonging to the 7th slot (963RAM/PM07). First day operation done by TIB427K. It's the only slot on 963R that had cameo buses.

  As for the term "Non user Lay-Up", please do not assign the status to any bus unless it had been stated so on the onemotoring website. As long as the bus is not stated to be laid-up on the website, it is still able to be driven out on the roads anytime ... ...

  Perm S190. TIB1178Y as usual departs from WRI at around 8.23am. TIB779U (S107) covers its slot for quite sometime before TIB1178Y (driven by Malay female BC) is back to its original slot.
