the wiki link was removed even before the site went down. anyway the wiki can be accessed at the bottom of the page (:
SMB137A EDS is reformatted to the have the route number near the kerbside for better visibility.

TIB1156K's EDS fades out and resets everytime back to terminating destination it scrolls after one "via destination".
....that Scania made a pretty good promotional video for their 100 years anniversary as bus manufacturer?

Yup, it did get into a accident, though the other SMRT bus involved was back in service way earlier than 1010Y.

When WLDEP changed its original EDS to LAWO - Sicma Flex, they forgot to install the rear EDS.

Maybe the EDS set was actually meant to be installed on buses that has only front/side EDSes only i.e Hispano Merc,DAFs, Scania Striders, ELBOs etc.
iirc the original EDS flipdots spoil on TIB1010Y?

The original flipdots eds on tib1010y was damaged due to an accident with collision to the front of 1010y. The impact actually damaged quite some parts of the eds, but no idea why they didnt replace it. For about 3-4 years, 1010y did 852 mostly, and most of the route details was not even readable, it would just give a corrupted text at the right side with stuck dots and etc.
iirc too, the front pole of the bus beside the pax seat which holds the ezlink reader also broke during impact, they just merely welded the broken metal together, and if no-one changed anything, that pole is crooked till this day and with weld marks.
Causeway Link offers chartering services to/ fro JB

The pick up pts n bus usage is somewhat fishy.
Since when bus interchange/ bus stop can suka suka be used for cross border chartering?
Seems like TIB569J's mobitec is somewhat re-formatted like LAWO EDS, Saw it on 962 today.
...that 151 has got down-route during peak hour starting from HGDEP?
In-between 2 buses starting from HG Int during peak hour, there's usually at least 2 buses that will join in the middle from a variety of places.
This creates a situation of at least 4 151s coming to Kent Ridge Ter at any given time in mornings.
Efficient? Too much of it.
My gripe: 151 has a horrid frequency starting from HG Int in the mornings, with frequency of anywhere from 5 to 50 minutes. Which begs the question, why cant the down-route from HGDEP start from HG Int when its so close by? In any case, the bulk of passengers early into the journey from HG starts from the initial few bus-stops. There's much less of it between HGDEP and Toa Payoh.
I'm not gonna renew my bus concession anymore. And screw the distance fare even if gives me flexibility in route planning. It just rendered my train concession useless and I pay higher fares somemore.

The load is shared to an extent with 154.
Yes.
The load is ALOT
But it doesnt mean that the HG side deserves to be neglected.
You know. I've already seen 3 occasions of people yelling into the phone at HG Int complaining to SBST customer service about: where the f*ck is the 151. Yet nothing has changed. And what constraint are we talking about here when we pax can see 3 151s parked in front of us and none moving?

Sadly to speak 154's freq for this direction is like 9 - 13 mins, it's only enough for NP & SIM side.
I think this matter can write in black and white w/ the departure timing... probably can use iris as your friend as how I trace 160 & 170 ![]()
