I also noticed certain BCs like to start their journeys late.
How late?
Up to 20 minutes.
Peak hour somemore.
How the schedule really works?
God knows.
Basket. Then when the old people complain to the BC, he'll just say "traffic condition" which in my eyes, is utter bull-sh*t.
From wat I know OCC can re-send a new schedule for bus services only if they're delayed en-route or diversion like Jurong East Ave 1 the other time.. abeit electronically to the AVMS.
Not following schedule is kinda new
Actually 160 & 170 has this 5 - 50 mins headways issue also
All to do w/ dispatch again.
Whole day like tat one.
The technical parts. They don't interest me.
I friggin want a more reliable 151.
What use is the DD when they deploy the B9TLs at non-peak hours, presumbly to start from the Terminals at peak hour and earn some $$ in the mean-time, and the DD chiongs and keeps missing the pax, cause people to fall etc etc.
You know. My fastest 151 ride was on a B9TL. 45 minutes flat from ter to ter.
Faster than train+bus somemore!

I think you really may have to do it black and white. I've a suspicion there's something wrong w/ reality ops w/ e planned schedule.
Really.
SBS plans in downroutes for Sv 160 in the morning.

This arrangement has been around for at least 3 years..
Record bus ridership in Jan
SBS records close to 2.5m riders

Data entry fail.
And they also said TIB427K was manufactured by Magirus Dcutz.
Hmm, like that can call TIB427K Magirus Dcutz - Iveco - Mercedes Benz O405
(Since Magirus Dcutz was owned by Iveco)

The Kinglong electirc bus is still in NTU electric pump premises as of last week. Think SBST will not be using this bus after all. 6 more months towards the end of one year trial... ![]()

there is a need to convert some services to use DD or to use more DD right now as over 50 mercs will be deregistered within the next 3 months, whereby the new Citaros might be only coming in in June (if everything go well)... they need more SD spare buses right now as now there are only new DD buses..
there are now around 40 merc left in AMDEP/BRBP.. and there is only 46 spare buses in AMDEP/BRBP... seem like some services in AMDEP/BRBP will be getting more DDs, likewise for SLBP and maybe other depots so as to free up the SD buses..
4th March - SBS477J to SBS498Z -- 9 buses will degistered...
1st April - SBS499 to SBS523 +SBS3921/3922- 19 buses will degistered.
9th March - SBS9158 to SBS9167 - most likely will be extended
17th March - SBS9032A to SBS9053P - might be degistered or extended.
22th March - SBS9168 to SBS9187 -most likely will be extended...
if they did not extend the lifespan, there will be 30 DD + 28 SD gone in one month times. Dun think SBST will be able to go registered 58 DD immediately to replace these buses... that why they are transferring SP DDs from HG/BB to SLBP, instead of MK 3...
Gonna be my first post here....
Did you know that TIB425R still has the Hispano Carroceria badge at the front?
Wonder if any more buses have it.First time I saw it.

TIB738M have the Hispano Habit badge for a period of time when its perm WL 961 last time. After it got SMRT livery, it was taken down. You can still see it on some AMDEP Habits like TIB1057M, TIB1096A.
