U should had informed this to the bus captain instead. Previously, I also encounted simliar incident and I reported to the BC. It was SBS 9007Z and I remembered that it was raining heavily and water came into the bus. -

what you could have done is, instead of recording the video for i-don't-know-who to see and keeping quiet after that, inform the BC about the missing panel straight away.

The poster of the OCs were putted up. I spotted it on some bus like SMB98D.

Tampines Interchange renovation almost done. Toilets and canteen all out le. Now the temp staff lonuge now tearing down. Svc guide racks both up outside the sbst office and svc 8 berth there.
