or maybe not.. my observation is like this:
1) Since ELBOs frequently do 178 (tdy TIB846J on 178), there might be a possibility of ELBO perm on 178 to replace the UDs.
2) After if most of the ELBOs became perm on 178, those SP or 961 O405s might become 187 perm since MANY of them are doing this svc nowadays.
3) After the WLDEP 961 O405s get thrown to other svc (or 187), there is a possibilty of more intake of OCs from either KJDEP/AMDEP to WLDEP to become perm on 961 OR AMDEP SP OCs becoming perm on 961 (those in SMB3xx series got alot)--------------------------------------
So my 'redeployment' is like this:
ELBOs
[WLDEP 187 >> WLDEP 178]
O405s
[WLDEP SP OR WLDEP 961 >> WLDEP 187]
OCs
[WLDEP/AMDEP SP >> WLDEP/AMDEP 961]Any1 here got my idea? :D

i saw TIB846J, TIB837K, TIB842U on 178 b4. TIB473B on 178 was ytd.

TIB837K, TIB842U & TIB473B was on 178 on Sunday. TIB837K & TIB842U was spotted by me @ 8:50 - 9:10AM and TIB473B was spotted 12:30 - 1:00PM.

Saw a Batch 2 OC travelling on SLE, turning to BKE (Mandai Direction) with full pax, and a BC was standing beside the BC of tat bus.
Not Ferry Svc, but its either ferrying SMRT ppl or svc 171 BC went wrong way, totally GG.
Front EDS shows: " OFF SERVICE "
Side & back EDS: (blank) -
WLDEP OCs seems to be always found parking @ the Feeder Parking slot.
SMB113T on 925.
SMB131R, SMB121U & SMB120Y time crush.

i tot any bus can park @ the 'feeder parking' slot? At CCK, 2 'rigid parking' slot = 1 'bendy parking' slot if the bendy slots are full.

Yes but you also can find OCs commonly park there if there is space.
