  i think the OC's base also got scracth  the hump? think SMRT dun care so much... look at the OCs.. so many with damaged/cracked bumper and did not even bother to repair it.

  Yesterday Shin Min reported a very stubborn group of Chinese that held up a Sv138 bus for 6 hours because they refused to alight from the Merc after being told that it cannot carry the 90 year old woman in wheelchair.

  Not saying SBST is wrong (Of course I totally condone the actions of that group of Chinese for which I'm so disgusted at their pathetic actions) but maybe they can consider deploying KUBs on 138...

  lower bumper might hit the kerb? i remember the body of the merc above the kerb when turning about hopefully one day a KUB does "stray" onto 138 from 135, then................

  8730A is back on BR 238.... I think can throw LO3x, VO3x, merc, volvo mkIII, insce the demand of WAB is getting huge. just because of the 138 incident

  I think 171 goes to another route, btw they are just going to the cemetry not the ither estate. Maybe they can consider modify 171

  yeah.. put KUBs is one issue. declaring as WAB bus services is ANOTHER issue (see sv100/238/63/60/265)... then even more arguments... and if Sv138 was a wab bus service... i think the BC will insist that the old lady sit on the wheelchair and let him wheel up the bus....still cant bring up the wheelchair folded :)

  it was repaired last week finally after parking at laid up corner for 3 weeks.. they replace/respray the damage area last friday and cover it with plastic and park the bus at laid up corner on friday...before sending it back to BRBP...

  As for both SBST & SMRT buses with Gemilang body they better repair or touch up body with dent or crack or the condition will become more worse in time.The quality of the bus body arent same like the more solid Hispano,Elbo or Volgren.

  for SBST, usually they will repair the KUBs which have accidents even if it is minor (they park 8730A for 3 weeks before repairing it)... very seldom see KUB with dents on the bus body (except for some minor damages at front bumper).. But for SMRT, cant say so. a lot of OCs think have accident and they dun even bother to repair it..
