Well, we have two NEOPLAN Airliners in Hong Kong and they claimed themselves "ambulances". Although they do not have X-Ray machine or other major equipment, they are fitted with blinking lights and are deployed to enter the lower deck of Tsing Ma Bridge and evacuate people when there is a railway incident there.
