I feel there is a lack of informational details on this outing.
Are we going to just go to the gallery and tour 1 round and that's it? Keeping identities of attendees a secret will only encourage people not to come. Also, the meeting place and time isnt clearly stated
I'm not trying to give a hard time but these are basic in planning outings

There had been too many instances where even private outings are cancelled due to unhappiness between those who are invited.
The main objective of the this outing is of course the tour. As it is a hectic weekend (e.g. long weekend and SITEX etc.) I do not want to plan further programmes after the tour just yet. Of course, if after the tour everyone decides to hang around together and go SITEX for example, or go bus spotting, I'm fine with it.
I have asked those attending for their contacts so I can contact them regarding meeting time and place.
I have already made it clear I do not want last minute "crashers". It would only make things more different even if one extra person came out of nowhere without notice and find nobody in sight.
I do understand there are "basics" in planning outings but I think you have jumped to conclusion a little to fast. Hope you see my point. I am very particular about "crashers" and last minute confirmation into outing like this, especially when it's not a free-and-easy tour.
Again, I hope you do see my points.

Registration for the tour has closed.
For those who have not given me their names, please do not come as LTA is quite firm with regards to confirming the number of people going. They are releasing the remaining of the 40 places to other members of the public who are interested in the tour.
