I think it was from 851. The bendy you mentioned gave out quite alot of smoke at YCK MRT bus stop earlier on.

SMB134H on 187 was declared breakdown at Choa Chu Kang Road (opp Block 26) bus-stop at around 3.42pm. Reason: The entrance door could not be closed. The commuters who continued the journey (Inculding myself) waited for the next bus (TIB780P) to come for about 5 to 6 minutes.

Service: 66
Date: 11 Mar 2010, Thursday
Time: 0850 hrs (at time of witness)
Location: Bedok North Ave 3, before junction with PIE
Details:
1. SBS 1989S was operating Service 66 headed for Jurong East when it was involved in an accident with a car and a private bus.
2. Destos have been taken down at time of witness. All passengers have also alighted from the bus.
3. Damage to the bus was substantial. It had a cracked front windscreen to the right (looking from back to front). The right headlight have also dropped off.
4. The Traffic Police closed three of the four lanes, leaving only the right most lane passable. A massive traffic jam was created and stretched as far back as to New Upper Changi Road. Buses from Services 14, 17, 18, 28, 45, 66, 67, 69, 168, 222, 228 and 506 were affected. -

TIB869T (iirc) brokedown at the bus stop along Napier Rd (towards farrer rd) with EDS showing Off service. it is to believe to be doing 106 at that time i think and the rear engine cover seens to be open and a triangle being place behind the bus!

TIB523R (AMDEP 965) broke down along TPE towards Yishun. Recovery lorry was at scene with a mechanic attending to the fault.
Time of spotting was at 0955hrs..

Reason for Breakdown: Unknown
Details:
1. SBS 8145P was on cameo on Service 165 heading towards Clementi when it broke down while trying to leave bus stop 41109.
2. All passengers have alighted from the bus. EDS was off.
3. Breakdown sign was placed behind the bus.

Service: 65
Date: 16 Mar 2010, Tuesday
Time: 1910 hrs (at time of witness)
Location: (14119) Opp. Vivocity
Reason for Breakdown: Unknown
Details:
1. SBS 9471R was operating Service 65 having just left Harbourfront Int when it broke down at the bus stop opposite Vivocity.
2. All passengers have alighted from the bus. Destos have been taken down.
3. Breakdown sign was placed behind the bus. -
Sorry if post in wrong place...
Bus was SMB40U. It was on Service 307E at CCK Int. The rear door could not be closed, even after several attempts of putting the door back in place manually, as if the door mechanism failed or something (like the door was loose). BC tried closing door but the doors just "shaked and vibrated" and stayed open.
