Wonder why are the casualties in Tan Tock Seng Hospital, not Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

if I'm not wrong, the A&E at Khoo Teck Puat hospital will only be operational in July..
therefore the next nearest hospital would be TTSH..

TIB601Z (KJDEP 190) had a minor power failure while doing Service 188 today. The service leader dispersed its commuters at Toh Guan Rd (IMM Bldg). After 5 - 10 minutes, service resumes as the service leader asks the commuters to board the bus again.

Ya that portion of the road there is quite dangerous, always see near accidents happening with the cars and other lorries that travel very fast. Sometimes experience the driver having to swing the bus back to second lane when attempting to change into first lane due to a vehicle suddenly appearing out of nowhere.

Hope they can do something about the roads & vehicle speed there.

Details:

1. SBS 1979X operating Service 38 was to move off from Berth B6 of Bedok Int when it broke down. All passengers alighted and were transfered to another bus.
2. Destos were down at time of witness.
3. Other passengers boarding Services 17 and 38 had to board beside the affected bus.

Sv 174 B9TL knocked into a tree along Bt Timah Rd near Maple Ave tis afternoon.

It's been an accident waiting to happen. That tree has overgrown until it's branches is apporaching e road. Furthermore tat road surface isn't smooth.

SBS 7499A (SL 174) met a serious accident along Bukit Timah Rd. Bus was heading towards Boon Lay and the place of incident is 2 stops before King Albert Park Stop.

The top and front part of the bus is badly damaged, large tree branches were spotted on the ground. Believe that the top part of the bus had rammed on to one of the trees. Management were there .

Time: 6pm

* SBS is really unlucky this year.

i saw that bus just now at New Bridge Rd there, it was perfectly fine lerh

Maple Ave bus stop is not two stops away from KAP stop.. and how u know management was there? you must be slbp staff right?

Broke down along Amk Ave 1 (Opp Goldenhill est bus stop)

SMRT truck just arrived, putting triangle on road. What seems to me like engine overheated. EDS off, passengers gone.

Time of witness: 730am.

Sorry is 2 stops before "KAP".. Recovery trunk were there, tow truck were there, police was questioning the BC.

It is a malay BC, he is rather big-sized. Talked to him before.. For past 2 weeks he was driving Express 502(Last week SBS 3914U).
