SBS8040H spotted brokedown at Jurong East Ave 1 Opp Jurong Polyclinic bus stop at 1.39pm. tow truck arrived, engine cover is opened. replacement for it is 8203E

SBS8093E broke down at Bedok Reservoir Rd (Ring) due to A/C problem. There was a loud error sound when I boarded the bus.
The awesome thing is, i gt a free ride back home on the next bus XD

SMB97G on 851(AMDEP 851) was involved in a minor accident with an SMRT cab when turning out of Bukit Merah Interchange. Bus and cab were both slightly scratched, EDS remained on. Several SMRT and SBS Transit Drivers gathered near the junction to witness the commotion when the cab driver and bus driver took pictures and settled the problem. It caused a huge jam, where buses could not turn out nor turn into Bukit Merah Interchange. Finally, at around 7:30 p.m, about 5 minutes after the accident, the cab reversed, and the bus continued on its journey.

Who's fault was it????I bet it was the taxi's mistake....And lol arguement between 2 SMRT drivers.... -

What make you think that the OC wont suffer the damage if it ram into a taxi?
What make you think that the KUB will suffer more serious damage if it ram into a taxi? Have you witness any KUB which ram into a taxi and suffer serious damage? Provide proof. Look at how many OCs have got into serious accidents? SMB15, SMB76.. and there are lots of OCs with damage bumpers/sides/front as well. -

I seriously doubt the ability of any SMRT OC500LE to withstand any crash similar to 8074K's without sustaining similar damages, just look at the Yishun crash, the rescuers also have to cut the dash to save the driver, the only thing was this bus dint kena the whole front, just the offside.

TIB754R brokedown at Toh Tuck Rd this morning when preparing to turn up the slope where service 77 turns.
Not really a breakdown, but TIB1227P almost breakdown just after reversing out from 963 berth at Harbourfront Int.
Imagine if it breakdowns at the reversing angle, blocking Sentosa and TIB1061A all the way and only one 963 berth can only be used.Lucky BC tried 5 to 6 times to get the bus to move.

Back engine cover opened.
