Yesterday 05/07/2010

1.TIB943L brokedown at the Yishun Ave 2 junction b4 Lentor Ave/Sembawang Rd twds Lentor direction.Front EDS was showing off service.Small recovery van was bhind the bus.No breakdown triangle was placed though.Tis breakdown caused a huge jam stretching almost until Khatib MRT.Spotted tis breakdown at 640pm.

2.Unknown Euro 4 kub wif Johnson's Body Care ad brokedown at Tam Ave 7 Blk 370 bus stop at 730pm.Breakdown truck was bhind the bus and 3 mechanics were inspecting the engine compartment.All EDSes had the sbst logos scrolling.Didnt manage to see the rego.

Anybody saw SBS8576D(BNDEP 3) at the bus-stop that is in front of Century square(Abt 5+ to 6pm)? It was towed away after that(Breakdown reason unknown).

TIB1145S brokedown at NUS bus stop. Got complimentary ticket, transfered to TIB1051D at the back and the china BC said he can't contact SMRT as the system spoilt...

Wonder hows he going to wait for rescue...

Anyway, guess the reason was that the interior had a very weird smell coming from the motor, like burning glue. It also gave out a whisling and rusty sound. These were what I had observed from HBF Int.

1 Sv 8 VO3x into accident (didn't see e other party involved only TP bike). Bedok Reservoir Rd (near Mc junction) towards Jln Eunos/ Eunos Link junction.

Live: unknown Habit on 190 broke down along PIE, towards jurong, after adam road. Stop at lane 3 causing lane 1,2,3 to be closed, and only lane 4 opened for use. Now a yellow volvo tow truck have arrived and the Habit going to be towed away. Anybody can check the rego?

TIB 1023K (AMDEP 851) broke down at the bus stop opposite the mosque along Ang Mo Kio Ave 6 towards Yishun . At that time of witness , SL was nowhere to be found , EDS off , all the doors were closed . Engine compartment was opened .

SBS8462Z: 133 towards STW term @ 4 plus today outside NLB, going to reach BB complex, a motorcycle U-turn and side bang to the KUB side, then KUB jam brake and motorcycle rub on KUB, regain balance, drive off... BC stop and stunned, then @ bus stop, BC check, no dents or damages, drives off...

Location: Commonwealth Ave, next to Commonwealth Car Mall
Reason for Breakdown: Unknown

Details:

1. I happen to saw this B9 with a CIMB ad (later identified as 7382C) having broken down along Commonwealth Ave.
2. SBS 7382C was heading towards Bedok when it broke down.
3. At time of witness, destos were down. Mechanics were seen attending to the bus.

EDIT: Sorry, it's not 13 Jul but 12 Jul, went to put the date wrongly.

Breakdown triangle was placed behind the bus, and lights were switched off.
