TIB1143Y's compressor, above the articulator, broke off and still on 912. Seems badly tilted to the front.

the force of the crane smashing through the bus caused it to swivel towards the rear of the bus, smashing the other side as well.

Include PH 2296T in the list. It was involved in the Wed accident with SBS 1916C. -

Overall, it was a freak accident by the crane driver which had caused a passenger to die just like that. Pathetic! 没天�!

Marine Parade Rd[twds Bedok] tree fall near Tao Nan School
Road blocked since 0730hrs, cleared by 0900hrs
almos half of sv55,36 fleet stuck,bus chain stretch till almost junction of joo chiat Rd/marine parade rd
Thank you for the clean up crew who work dilligently!
Qn is: BCs can actuaaly turn into Marine Crescent and turn out back to Marine Parade Rd, why didnt the rest do it?!
A few BCs did do that but the rest just sit still and wait for OCC for instructions...
I pity the passengers along the affected routes...

Maybe the impact of the crane coming in contact with the bus windows were so strong that it threw some of the debris to the other window, shattering it as a result?

Saw this happen on SBS8838Z sv31 on Amber Road bus stop[twds Tampines] and on SBS5195P[near the junction of Tanjong Katong Rd/Mountbatten Rd{Twds Toa Payoh}] within 5minutes of me passing the 2 buses

SBS 5180 G 131 & an OC with the PC show rear ad was featured in today's news.
Both broke down. The OC driver Tan Keng Tee was interviewed.

As SBS9418X is back, its front desto panel colour seems like the VSO type although theres no SBS Transit logos at the front.

SBS 508D (BRBP SP) broke down inside Toa Payoh Int Svc 88 berth at about 8am .
At that time of witness , SBST tow truck was spotted and mechanics were repairing the bus . Engine compartment was opened , both doors opened and destos taken off

this happen on saturday 17 July.
11.30am pass by Upper thomson road, bus stop B34 (just after SLE, toward City), TIB770 parked at bus stop with no pax with hazard light on... SL no where to be seen. not sure breakdown or not.
11.35am pass by Upper thomson road, near Jalan leban junction (outside SPC station), TIB1241 brokedown at that junction, with recovery vehicle behind.
11.38am further up along upper thomson road, TIB673 stop at bus stop near Island Club Road with EDS showing Sv167. SL trying to restart engine few times. No paxs on bus...
11.50am. spotted 1xOC on tow by a light blue tow truck along Marymount Road towards AMK.... might be the one whick broke down at Scotts Road (outside newton MRT).. -
Unknown SBS Transit Dennis Dart was towed to WLDEP.
