SMB40U's rear seats are very badly vandalised. There are marker ink all over and the seat cover was cut several times exposing the sponge.

Cos I still see the bus running. I know some of these 174 BC just heckcare one as long as the bus is moving..
There were several occasion where I seen KUB having similar problem and was removed frm svc and replacement were done. I believe the workshop had urges drivers to identify faults, previously slides show were played in the control centre.
Sorry for being unable to give the first prize 4D numbers for this week
Several JIS VO2x are repainted.

that kind of generalised observation does not confirm anything, even if there is the idea that sending 8030L for repairs at Volvo W/S always mean one bus down for SLBP holding fleet. neither do words like "i believe", urging & playing slide show mean there will be a 100 percent response rate by the workshop, unless you have the data to back it up.
same applies to Stage. maybe the workshop responded by putting it up for non-critical scheduled works?
actually if i recall correctly, SLBP W/S won the productivity & innovations award in the year of 2008 for a streamlined workflow.

Have a feeling that 522T,573X and 576M will go over to do 961 though
But will have to wait

you don't have to work in Boon Lay or SLBP to observe the condition of SBS8030L from day 1 compared to now...

Not that the BC do not bother to report. Is SLBP do not have adblue which that is why they can't do anything but to let it run till the bus one day got into brakedown. 8030L needs to have adblue the same goes with the SMRT OC500LE.
A bit off topic here:
Where did the Leylands go? most of 30's fleet of leyland have been replaced by 0405's recently...
TIB700X(KJDEP 172)'s burnt side[at least that is how I describe it..] at the back of the bus is nw cleaned...

Nt sure, never take notice of the DAF badge at the back of the bus... sry...

the last time i saw 700X is still with the 'D'. not sure as of now...but usually SMRT will be lazy enough to remove anything. they just sticker it over. for example, they just sticker a new layer of livery over TIB1185B, and also sticker over the MB logo at the rear of the bus.
TIB700X the D still there...iirc. It was on 985 last weekend. the back clean clean one.

Haha.. now TIB700X can become one example of a 'one and only fake bus in SG':
- Refurbished bus
- Original Front replaced
- New LAWO EDS
- New rear ('D' is still there)
- New driver seat
What is left original is just the validator, driver's compartment, doors and its chassis!

Personally, I had seen and heard how they response to fault.
ok, if i nt wrong bus was recalled at the end of day..

Rather curious to know the diff. Seriously I had seen improvement. Of course, the gearbox was retune and it now sounds and runs like K230UB gearbox.. Means, no more speeding compared to day 1..
SBS776X had its roof ventilation removed & sealed..
I noticed some of the Dennis Lance (malaysia) has orange (like those found in the habit). yellow & sliver handgrips... i think
