Do you guys know of any other models of Chinese made coach/buses in Singapore? :D damn excited to sit on one of these!

11 - 251actually this has been in my mind for quite some time. cos i notice that all the sv30 and 154 buses do not have meal break at Boon Lay cos of the current parking allocation causing some drivers to eat at awkward times like 4pm and 830pm. With this setting, it can allow for mealbreak. sv157 is able to contain mealbreaks at a better timeframe so its not so bad but the new arrangment could see it share lots at an easier rate. also, sv79 is a loop svc, while 174e operates only 1 hour every morning, both wasting with 2 lots.
What do you guys think?
the new arrangement is better since it prevents wasting of lots and since 154 does happen to have quite a bit of spillover. but I forsee problems with the queue berths inside the interchange at the 30/174 part.
there is a bad accident at PIE towards changi direction at thomson rd exit this morning. saw a lorry transporting foreign workers overturned at the divider with alot of white cloths.. think got workers got killed. RIP!
wonder if any bus services are affected?

There are many different models, about 10 or more in total.
Common brands include King Long, Higer, Yutong, Zonda and Foton
OO~ foton is in Singapore too? ok cool
Dont know where to post this...So I think it should go here..
SBS2634J has been refurbished! No wonder I could not spot this bus for the past 2 days
It has:
I have checked with the driver and he has confirmed that the bus is refurbished and even asked me if I liked the fresh interior.

SBS2634J has been refurbished! No wonder I could not spot this bus for the past 2 days
It has:
- Replaced Seats(Similar to other Striders seats). No more blue and green seats.
- Cracked Seat Handles replaced with new ones
- Some seats have painted backs
- Ceiling is cleaned
- Front is repainted
I have checked with the driver and he has confirmed that the bus is refurbished and even asked me if I liked the fresh interior.
That's good. 2 more years!

SBS Transit KUB:
K230UB
Euro IV and V
Two segment door in front
Front (Where Scania logo is) has one long curve line across
12.0M
Euro IV has vents on A/C on top, Euro V none
Rapid Penang KUB:
K270UB
Euro IV
One segment door in front
Front (Where Scania logo is) has three curves across, bumper is not grey
10.6M
EDS much smaller
Has SBST Euro V A/C (on top), but has Euro IV rear (window)
Sorry if some parts are confusing
Boy, RapidPenang also got 12m, double segment door infront

I hope the VO2X will not go off so early as they are the last batch of NAC buses in SG... I will miss their front rims and the sound of their engine...

go national library got book can see all kind of buses...
From what i observed these months:
307 gets its cameos mainly from 970.
300 gets its cameos mainly from 176, 180 & 190
176 gets its cameos mainly from 300
975 gets its cameos mainly from 75 & BB feeders.
985 gets its cameos mainly from 975 & 851
TIB992U's rear chao da until white and red livery become black and red livery ![]()
Seems like TIB 425R-441T likes to have their rego stickers sticked to the left though, along with the some of the March-May 95' batch though

From my side:
2 of 859 mercz perms stuck on 178 more than once in the weekends though, 745S and 762S, even though it can get any random perm to start.
187 wise still gets any random perm to start
858's status ditto, along with the rest.
By the way, feeder services always has the bigger say over the trunk though, especially in woodlands, where rigids from other services are taken.
1. TIB562C, TIB745S, TIB746P, TIB747L keep on spamming WRI services during weekends.
2. 925 gets DAF and OC cameo (exu. 970/925 bus) WITHOUT A FAIL despite zero perm.

That makes 180 to become MK1 heaven.....

745S likes to stick to 178 especially on saturdays and sundays. (on some occasion.)
as for 746P, it did 178 full day once in the weekends though.
There will be 2 'holiday perm rigids' for 960 and 963.
