Bus Observations (2010)

That strech of road at Upper Bukit Timah keeps getting jammed, resulting in buses running late on their schdeule, towards Woodlands.
Yesterday 664S started late, and in the end my 781L caught up and went in to Boon Lay, while 664S schecule is out.

Not really long, saw it last Friday only. Suspect SMB115M, unless say KJDEP forgot to place back the rego of another refurbished OC.Anyway, SMB115M got fully new coat of paint recently was because of repairing the damaged body parts.

cool! then i must hope that SMB92U gets a new coat of paint too! you shld have seen 'my' left side of the bus.. the whole side bumper got scratched badly (very visible) and dented. the white rims are already so ugly to see liao.

yday near 6pm, a Scania Euro V on 155 was seen with 154 >Boon Lay EDS turning to marine parade rd from siglap rd looping point... hope a pax boarded & notified the BC. the red/white 155 desto was hung on windscreen though..

haha, unlikely to be "9 new buses" coz the road tax disc is already affixed. Dosent make sense to pay road tax without a registration.

Interesting photograph. The bus condition looks good enough to be a brand new bus. AFAIK the rego plates are always put back in after refurbishment, sometimes driven around with trade plates.
If this is a new bus, where's the trade plate? If it's an existing bus, why the rego plate is missing? Hmm..

was at New Bridge Rd Ter bus stop waiting for 196 at abt 1110-1115hrs...
in the terminal, there were 4 190s waiting to park just arrive frm CCK. no space to park. -

hmmm maybe a rare case that someone forgot to put up the rego back? quite shocking to see that bus with no rego imo. someone infront me even said 'eh..? why that bus no license plate one?' to his friend beside him.
