The SL should choose to start its downroute at around BB though, atleast got a bit of spare time to dilly-dally there. -

that's not the case. you press both front and rear door button together, door closing announcement will still sound. only when u press the master close button, the announcement won't sound. this is one point that SMRT should actually take note.

when I took it yesterday it sounded like its first gear was disabled. It started from gear 2. The air-con was blowing out room-temperature air!

SBS936B (Svc 105) - After disappearing for a few days last week (I think to fix the stalling engine) it came back with cold air-con and its ZF gearbox tuned (now it's very smooth - no jerks)

I believe the SL started to downroute from Jurong Poly was because this would meet the original time schedule de. -

The timing from what I observed isnt enough though, 178 SLs always liked to do OS starting from Batok or bt timah though, if it is those that can be driven, they don't do OS. -

not super rare lah :p its only uncommon. but in this case, i think this bus is the first DAF with mobitec & refurbished to do 307. previous DAF was TIB704K, but that time it was unrefurb & with old EDS

Good life is SMRT, tell passengers no bus into Marina when there's 97, 111, 162M.
Many passengers do not even know of the closure.

Now I know why you shouldnt offend a PR bus driver.
Today I took SBS8540G on 69 (cameo) at 10am+ towards bedok. It was drive by a PR lady driver from 293?? for those who take 293 frequently should know tat driver well i think. At TP bus stop there is one old man who boarded the bus and tap his visa unknown card which can be used as a ezlink card too. Then when he tap on it. It says something which i cant see from afar & then the driver told the man that this card cant be used and the old man get so furious and told off the driver saying this card can still be used wat until 26th August (both shout and talk in mandrain). Then the driver dont know what he told off the man making him angry saying china BC are not good (iirc) then the lady driver started telling off saying dont say we all china ppl & etc and the old man wasnt happen telling other passengers about tat driver & the visa YOG card...
