Bus Observations (2010)

TIB462H can't flash it's blinkers but only light up.
-
1. TIB446E started its downroute trip from Opp Block 628 stop at around 2.45pm, but the fact is: The bus came after TIB793C on 178 left 1 minute later.
2. TIB773K started its downroute trip from Blcok 604 stop at around 8.50am)
3. TIB1154R entrance door could not close properly at Jurong Poly stop at 8.11am when I boarded it at there. It needed 5 minutes to close the door properly. As a result of that, the other services were affected.
4. 3 WLDEP 171 buses arrived at Chong Pang City (From City direction) at the same time. (Sequence: TIB497H TIB487L TIB756K) Probably, TIB487H and TIB487L lambat like crazy whereas TIB756K probable early arrival.

this former SBS138M lifespan expired 30 Nov 2010 (20 years).. No wonder there is a purple livery DM Merc in AMDEP. So this might be the replacement bus for this drug busters bus...?

SMB109G changed its front rego plate again, 3rd or 4th time.
TIB520Z with half new back, including engine cover. Suspect it got into accident which is why I didn't see the bus for quite some time.
TIB795Y does not have interior rego.

Should hand in 2 more duties over from AM though. This service is not like 167 where it can start 5 and leave 2 behind. -

No replacement WA needed. They said that they would be buying a new Custommade China bus

The interior rego stix for TIB564Y has changed. (The same font as from TIB725A to TIB832Z version)

Recently 178's fleets has been clocking in very late though, all 3 Last bus from Woodlands (TIB 639R -666L) today came in very late, as a result TIB 797S has to start first before 639R.

TIB984T right >> blinker spoiled, but there was a bulb bellow the bumper which blinks....suspect that the right lamp blinker dropped off and was hanging at the bumper there...

I found out that some of the SMRT's AMDEP buses have wifi on board with the address, like for example TIB582U will have "SMRTBUSES0582".

Doing 70 today, its rego plate is SBS 1 9 1 6 C. Big spacing on the new rego plate.

TIB972C's side Mobitec EDS will keep flashing
TIB1144U's rear bumper damaged again,this time on the right side.

1) AM Peak: VO2x downroute from Pioneer MRT > NTU > Boon Lay.
2) PM Peak: empty trips from CEE bus stop.

Oh, you mean that.I personally saw it on TIB 614 L before. I'm not sure what happened to it, but the SL looks like it re-started the whole bus.

For PM Peak, Sv179 also using the same downroute as AM peakSBS 7265H, SBS 9000S, SBS 7206D
was spotted doing Pioneer Stn > NTU > BNL Downroute on Thursday.
