  3 I'm sure the new upper changi depot can handle,No need dual depot.Brbp to bukit merah and Buona vista is not that far.Arbp cannot handle more svc already unless they give out some 14/65 duties to Bndep.93 better Bndep/Arbp.Eunos let Bndep handle.Upp Changi can handle Pasir Ris/Airport/Changi Village.109 I agree full Hgdep better.97/174 ought to be minority Arbp handle.14 should goes Bndep/Bbdep.48 Bbdep/Bndep.52 I agree Slbp/Amdep.54&57 can goes full Brbp.21 can goes Ucbp/Brbp ditto for 88.8 fully Brbp while Brbp reduce their duties for 28/31.13 Bndep can lend a hand..

  87 best solely Hgdep no point dual control for such a short route.169 I consider its short too.Its because the route is winding and the svc either Wldep/Amdep cannot handle alone.48 should be the one dual control
