Well, being a regular commuter of 187, 248 can do 187 during peaks, then go to 190

I disagree with this. 187 has the right amount of buses. If u think 187 has too much buses, why not pick on 190, it has over 40+ buses though and i dont believe giving 246T to 190 will solve the 13 buses passed by problem
190 need crossovers 7 bendies from svc like 67,188,300,302 @ 176,180 & 184 for Am and pm peaks

Taking away bendies on 911 and 913 and putting rigids is never a good idea. This 2 service is very high demand esp on peak hour. 913 should stay with full bendies, 911 should keep its bendies. 169 rigids can stay.

Peak hours can run these bendies. Since off peak for 913 alr have some BSEP buses, 911 demand isn't high during off peak. 911 can increase 1 more S2 slot.
Remove A22 and A24 for Service 190 will be the best own deployment for me.

Are you sure 187 has too many buses? Take the bus sometime and you will observe that is has consistently high loading. Alternative to 98 to Lakeside and only service connecting Jurong East Ave to Bukit Batok MRT as well. It also is a good alternative for people from Bukit Batok to BBT West Ave 4/5 and ITE CCK.

All the services you have mentioned are super high loading. Transferring any of the bendies from these to 190 will create capacity issues on these services.
