The 5 AP rigids can still be used to train new BCs... duty slots chosen as these slots tend to be very packed on many trips...AP90 can be between AP07 and AP01, therefore for PM peak, 172S107 can be rigid as PM90 and PM01 are DDs....AM peak the AM90 can relieve load on 172S102 and 172S105 while 172S101 can stay as rigid slot...
One downside is that with DDs being deployed, buses will sure run behind time due to short timings given (Citaros are mostly late if they run on 172), so must extend timing also...

This will make the quota for 856, 857, 963, 969 good to concentrate on other services from WPDEP.
For KJDEP / BUDEP side, need to convert 3 SD --> DD on sv 106.. and need to change 2 BD --> DD on sv 700 and convert rest of bendy fleet on 190 (6BD --> 6DD).
With this KJDEP will be good for all city services.
Only service that will continue to have bendies will be 106 to city... though will have equal # of DDs too (10BD, 10DD, 5 SD)
