Confession:
In my 'Restoring the balance between SDs and DDs' post above, some unnecessary DDs were kept on services like 119 just for the sake of balancing the number of SDs and DDs. Service 3 also had many upgrades and 2 SD fleet cuts for the same reason.
However, I think that the DDs on 82 would be useful. Full fleet SD on Sundays though, with all perm SDs operating on Sundays.
Also, GAG will not get any A22s, so some of the upgrades will be useful.
